Milo – 2 year old male Spitz Cross

Timid Milo is a two year old male small Spitz type. He arrived at Mayhew after being found abandoned on the streets. He hasn’t had the best start in life and is extremely nervous. He likes to take his time getting to know new people and new environments.

[rehomed]

He’s slowly started to come out of his shell but he’s still got a long way to go yet. He’s looking for an experienced and patient owner who will take their time to gain his trust, help him to feel safe and secure and will also work on building his self-confidence.

Milo is looking for an experienced owner who has, as an adult, independently owned dogs before, ideally someone who has owned a dog with fear related issues before. He’s looking for a calm, all adult home, in a rural or semi-rural area. He wouldn’t be suitable to live in a block of flats. You may need to meet Milo multiple times before adopting him.

Milo has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and is up to date with flea & worm treatment. He has also been health checked and behaviourally assessed.
