Sadly Misty had a very rough start to life and is VERY dog-reactive (due to fear); she needs to be rehomed to someone who is able to manage this and can walk her where she rarely meets other dogs. She must be muzzled at all times in public.

Misty is on a low protein (under 20%) diet to help with her anxiety. Misty loves playing ball in a secure area and is quick to learn. Misty is very food-oriented, so training in the house is very easy and her recall is very good (where no distractions are around), but she does have a very high prey drive.

At home Misty loves to cuddle on the sofa, she is house-trained and will whine at the door to let you know when she wants to go out. She travels well in the car. She is vaccinated and spayed.

Misty is at LURCHER LINK RESCUE near Halifax, West Yorkshire. Misty needs a very specific home and will not be rehomed to anyone just on her looks.

If you think you can provide her with a steady, calm environment with a secure garden that she can play ball in, Homecheck and adoption fee will apply. More details about Misty can be found on the Lurcher Link Rescue forum.
