Murphy is a 5 year old male Shepherd Cross. He has had no interest, no serious enquiries or meet-ups since he returned to us 6 months ago.

His carer really cannot keep fostering him for much longer so he either needs someone to take over his foster or preferably a forever home. Murphy was adopted from us as a puppy. Sadly, he couldn’t cope with the new baby in the home so was reluctantly returned to us and he has been in foster ever since.

Murphy just wants a quiet life. He loves long country walks and chilling on the sofa. He doesn’t like traffic and doesn’t cope with too much stress, such as lots of visitors or very busy places. He is a dog who needs to know what to expect in life and from his humans.

He is fine with most dogs outside the home but will not share his people with other dogs so needs to be the only dog in the home.

He can be left for 4-5 hours once settled in a new home as long as he has his exercise and routine. Murphy needs calm, confident people and a home with no children or other pets. In the right home, he is an absolutely lovely boy.
