Nacho – 3 month old male Cross-Breed

I am Nacho, 3 month old male Cross-Breed and I am looking for a forever home. I was abandoned with only a few weeks of life together with my 3 other siblings in a cardboard in front of a pound in Northern Spain. Thanks to the girls from Teluma’s Dream, who took us quickly out of that hell hole because of the risks involved in a pound for puppies with barely 1 month of age, we are all growing happily safe, secure, cared for and loved in a foster home. I am currently like lazy Smurf and one of my favorite hobbies is to sleep.

Nacho is now ready to find his doting forever human and embark on his new life in the UK! As a boy of such a tender age, Nacho is unscathed by events in his life to date and has the generous hearted innocence and wonderful playful temperament that can be expected of a puppy.

Nacho has a naturally loving, trusting and affectionate temperament, with a charming and memorable demeanour. He is friendly and sociable with people and other dogs, but is still in the development phase, so his future family need to be patient and understanding with him, to help him learn how to walk nicely on a lead, for housetraining, boundaries, manners, and to continue his socialization process.

As an intelligent young puppy, Nacho will need an owner who can take the time to offer him the basic training that he needs in order to do justice to his actively developing mind and body, so that he is equipped with the life skills allowing him to blossom into the fabulous adult dog that he is destined to become. We are looking for an active family or person, who is committed with the decision of adopting a puppy and with everything that this implies. A puppy needs to be completely educated and socialized, that is why we only consider a dog experienced home who knows how to manage the education, training and socialization of a puppy and also has the time and patience for this.

We don’t know the parents of his litter and therefore don’t have any information about the cross breed they might be. They seem to have a cross of Boxer but taking Nacho’s current weight of 11,6kg into account and the size of his paws the vet assumes that he will grow to be a large boy of around 30-40kg. Nacho will be an energetic boy and having his size in mind, we are looking for a home with older children, or solely adults, as we want dogs who require more time like himself to be the priority. He will require an adopter who can give him the daily exercise and attention that a dog of this impressive calibre requires to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and preferably someone with large/big sized dog experience.

Nacho is growing up with his 3 siblings, but also with 3 further dogs why he is used to be around dogs. He would surely enjoy having a further dog companion at home from who he would be able to learn. Nevertheless, this is not a requirement, if he gets enough dog interaction and time to play with other dogs on his walks or outdoor activities. As a puppy of such a super temperament and exuberant spirit; Nacho will make an outstanding best friend and will lavish eternal gratitude and unconditional love upon his human companion, for the rest of his life!

Nacho is microchipped, vaccinated, fully health checked and comes with a full passport. Due to his age, he is not yet neutered and this will be a requirement of his adoption. Nacho will travel from Spain directly to his forever family in January/February as soon as the right home comes forward . Please be aware that we rehome dogs to England and Wales, but NOT Scotland. If you want to spend the next 10-15 years with this gorgeous boy, please don’t hesitate and get in touch with us.

TeLuMa’s Dream

For further details regarding adopting a dog from TeLuMa’s Dream, please email Olga, Jessica or Greta at or visit our website We are a Spanish voluntary organization which rescues primarily dogs from a public pound in Galicia, in Northern Spain, where the dogs instead of living, are trying to survive. 99% of the dogs are strays or have been abandoned by their owners on the street. The dogs are a variety of breeds and come in all shapes and sizes! We are funded entirely by donations and work hard in our free time to help rescue and rehome as many dogs as possible. With your help we can continue our work and provide food, bedding, medical supplies and care for the dogs until they are well enough to find their forever homes. All dogs rehomed via TeLuMa’s Dream are microchipped, fully vaccinated, wormed, deflead and spayed/neutered if old enough, if not the adoption contract will stipulate that this is done as soon as old enough and this will be checked with your vet. We re-home dogs to England and Wales and in some exceptions also to Scotland, if it’s specified like that on the dog’s description. Our aim is to pair each dog with the right new owner, ensuring that it will be safe, cared for and loved for the rest of its life. Therefore all potential adopters will be asked to complete a questionnaire. Also a homecheck is carried out and a video call to adoption. Please note that we never reserve dogs in advance of our full process having been carried out. We reserve all final decisions on compatible dogs until after the home visit, so please bear in mind that your application will be considered a general application for adoption until final confirmation has been given by both adopter and Teluma's Dream. We offer a full rescue back up service to all our adopters and post-adoption support, which includes a Facebook support group and free behavioral advice.
Please also be aware that all dogs who are adopted through TeLuMa’s Dream remain part of our extended family throughout their lifetime. We ask for regular updates during the settling in period following their adoption, and for an ongoing quarterly updates and follow ups after that for the duration of the dogs whole life. We are committed to our dogs and our forever families and this allows us to support you and your dog, but at the same time, knowing how the dogs are, receiving updates and keeping us informed is also the reward for all the efforts, time and costs that are involved in saving each dog. If you feel happy with this level of communication then we would be happy to hear from you.
