Nora is an 11 year old female Yorkshire Terrier. She is an adorable little girl who is a spritely despite being a mature girl. She will need new owners who are around for most of the day and another similar sized dog to keep her company. She was surrendered to the pound when her owner became unwell (pre covid) and has spent quite some time in kennels. Despite this she is still friendly and funny and will make a great companion.
Her teeth are terrible and she will be seeing our vet to have these sorted prior to being re homed, it is likely that she will loose what teeth she has remaining. If the vet is happy to we will also spay her – we will take vets advice on this due to her age and will advise any suitable applicants on the outcome of vets appointment.
Nora travels well in the car, is a friendly and social girl but can have the odd accident in the house. It is likely with a little time this will settle as we are sure its just a result of spending a long while in kennels. As we have a limited history for Nora older sensible teenagers or occasional visiting grandchildren would be fine provided interactions were supervised.
Nora will be vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment. She will also have her teeth sorted and potentially be neutered. Nora is currently being fostered in Swanley Kent. Home check and set donation applies.
