Nova is a 1 year old female Akita. She was adopted two weeks ago into what we all believed was to be her forever home but sadly tomorrow she is coming back to us as the baby in the family is allergic to her. She is a one year old Akita girl who is small in size and simply adorable. She is eager to please and not too giddy for her age. She has been living with young children from babies upwards and is amazing with them so a family home would be ideal for her.
She is fine with other dogs but we were told that she is food aggressive with dogs (definitely not with people!) so if she was to be living with another dog that would need to be carefully managed. She is a no to cats and small furries.
She is only young and so needs a home where she will not be left for too long or she will chew. We would suggest that any new adopter considers crate training her for this reason. Whoever adopts this girl will be very lucky indeed.
