Nova is a 1.5 year old female medium Cross-Breed.

Nova arrived into foster a very timid and scared girl however since her foster mum did everything at her pace, she is beginning a much happier girl.

Nova now enjoys being stroked and will put her head on your lap asking for a chin scratch, she gets very excited when she sees her foster mum come home and spins and wags her little tail with the biggest smile on her face.

Nova absolutely loves toys and is a bit of a toy destroyer, she would love a big toy basket. She could happily be a toy tester for the most indestructible toys.

She loves playing with her foster doggy siblings and likes to run up and down the stairs like a baby elephant stomping around, she has a super funny personality.

Her foster mum says “Nova is a gentle girl with a spark in her eye and an edge of cheekiness. She will make the most amazing companion for someone who is willing to work with her, keep a routine and allow her to thrive”.

Nova hasn’t been around young children before but happily accepts older children. She is great with dogs of all shapes and sizes and happily shares well with her foster siblings.

She enjoys the company of other dogs especially her Cavapoo pal who visits regularly. Nova will need a resident doggy companion as she tends to take the lead from them!

Nova is nervous of new people but given time she will interact with them, she prefers no eye contact, no fuss and then she will come to you.

She can bark and retreat if she is scared but is never aggressive.

She is fab on the lead and enjoys her little walks every day. Nova can be wary of somethings but is growing in confidence all the time and enjoys her trips to the dog park. She has learned that the harness means something good is going to happen and gets all excited.

Nova likes to sleep in her fosters room and is absolutely no bother at all overnight, she responds well to voice commands, just say ‘bed’ and she disappears off up the stairs to bed.

She thrives with a good daily routine! She is fully vaccinated, microchipped and spayed. Nova is in foster in Great Yarmouth.
