Oreo is a 1-2 year old male Terrier Cross. He just celebrated his second birthday and wished for only one gift – a loving, forever home.

Oreo is a small pup with an adorable personality. He’s only 11 inches tall and resembles. He is a very smart cookie (pun intended!), full house, crate and leads trained.

He’s a quick learner, he responds to basic commands and will surely ace any further training. Oreo loves being outdoors and walks very well on a lead. He is active, playful and confident around other dogs.

He goes to a dog daycare for a few hours a fortnight where he happily socialises and usually shows little interest in other dogs he encounters when out on a walk.

He does like to chase cats, so they don’t get along. Oreo is naturally very social and loves to be around people, but he is a sensitive soul.

He might be nervous around new visitors and retreat at first, but he doesn’t need long to fully accept them. Sudden, unexpected movements and loud noises tend to be stressful for Oreo, he will jump with fright and hide in his safe place.

For these reasons, Oreo feels comfortable around adults but he is not well suited for a family with children. He ignores children when out walking, but their presence in the house makes him feel uneasy and in need of defending himself.

Oreo is a loyal dog who enjoys cuddles and strokes and always wants to be close to his family. We believe that living in a quiet, adult-only home with no other pets would be best suited to his needs. Oreo is currently living in West Yorkshire.

Our dogs are assessed in Romania prior to us bringing them to the UK. We have no physical UK kennels as our dogs are in adopters and fosterers homes across the UK. We believe we can make a difference one dog at a time! You will need to be over 25 to adopt, children in the household must be over 8 years old (over 12 for adult dogs). We can only adopt adult dogs to people 67 years and over.
