Patch was underweight, and had a severe flea infestation which resulted in him losing quite a bit of fur on half of his body and his teeth were also in a horrendous state.

His fur is slowly growing back, he is gaining weight although we imagine this will significantly improve once he is in a loving home.

Patch has also had a full dental which must make him so much more comfortable. Patch is a sweet-natured, gentle boy who is friendly to everyone.

Patch walks very nicely on the lead, doesn’t pull at all and enjoys them very much even though he may be an older dog.

Patch will sit on command travels well in the car and is ever so well-behaved at the vets. Patch previously lived with another dog and cats so potentially could live with another dog if introductions are successful.

Patch is looking for a retirement home where he will be given lots of love, and attention and be well cared for which he so deserves.

Patch won’t require a huge amount of exercise and would be happy snoozing on the sofa and having company.
