Pearl – 4 year old female Cross-Breed

Pearl is a 4 year old female Cross-Breed. She spent most of her life so far in the Botosani public shelter in Romania. She was stressed and scared almost all the time and rarely came out of her box when any humans were around. Pearl fostered Poringland Norfolk.

GREAT NEWS! This Dog Has Now Been Rehomed

Allow us to find your new PERFECT canine friend with our dogsblog.com matchmaker service. Enter your details below to receive a tailored, hand-picked list of available dogs for adoption…

Since arriving in her UK foster home Pearl has been extremely brave. She’s still getting used to domestic life but is learning more every day. Pearl now walks well on a lead and enjoys her walks. She will currently accept a fuss but is still quite tense and unsure of why people want to touch her after so many years of no humans contact.

Pearl gets on well with other dogs and needs another dog in her new home so please do not apply if you do not already have at least one dog in your home (visiting dogs, neighbour having a dog etc are NOT enough). Pearl is currently living with a cat and takes no notice of her.

Pearl will need a loving and patient adopter who is willing to continue with her socialisation. She will continue to accept and enjoy love and affection over the coming weeks and patience will be rewarded with a loyal companion.

All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and neutered (unless the dog is too young to be neutered). If you are interested please message or call between 9am to 5pm Mon – Fri 9am to 4pm Sat.
