Peck is a 3-4-month-old male cross breed, discovered alongside his brother Greg, abandoned near the shelter in Lousã, central Portugal.

These poor pups were rescued, underweight and frightened, and have since received nourishment and tender care, transforming into healthy and vibrant little companions eager to find their forever homes.

While the exact breed remains uncertain, there’s a suggestion of Portuguese Podengo in Peck and Greg, anticipating a small to medium size when fully grown.

Despite their challenging start in life, Peck, though initially timid, readily places trust in humans and exhibits confidence around other dogs.

He currently shares a kennel with three other puppies, demonstrating his sociable nature. Peck has shown positive responsiveness to harness training, allowing for easy lead walks.

He holds great potential to become a delightful companion, provided with the dedication and training that a young pup requires.

As part of the adoption process, Peck has been chipped, vaccinated, and health-tested, ensuring his readiness for a new home.

The adoption fee of £450 covers not only Peck’s well-being but also includes transport to the UK through a reputable company, comprehensive foster support, and the necessary vaccinations for the journey.
