Pedro is a 10 month old male Lurcher. He needs a new home because his owner had to move house and could not take him.
He is not had a great deal of life-experiences so far, so he can be nervous or anxious in new situations and with strangers. Once he gets to know you and trust you however, he is your best friend forever.
Pedro is not used to car travel, but we are working on that. He’s NOT used to cats, or young children and really only familiar with other Lurchers.
He’s very much an open book, waiting to be filled with new experiences and training. Highly food motivated, which will greatly aid training. He is crate-trained and uses it as his “safe space”.
He can be strong on a lead so will need further work with this. He is fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. At LURCHER LINK RESCUE, near Halifax, West Yorkshire.
