Pepper is a 2-3 year old Italian Spinone dog who was recently rescued by ELI For Animals. Pepper belonged to someone who kept her outside on a chain and no longer wanted her.

She was skinny when she was first rescued but is doing well and thriving at the sanctuary in Romania. She is currently going through her course of vaccinations and will soon be spayed.

Pepper is mixing well with other dogs but cannot live with cats!!
