(Rehomed) Percy – 5 year old male Pug

Percy is a 5 year old male Pug. He has made wonderful progress thanks to the care ad dedication of his foster mum, he arrived in terrible condition and has needed lots of medical care and surgery to save his eye. As you can see he looks like a different dog to the one that arrived. His recovery is testament to medical treatment, good food and a great level of care.

This lucky lad is now ready to find his forever home, he has been through so much we really want the perfect pug home where he will be adored as much as is foster mum loves him. Percy is good with other dogs and does enjoy a game. He is now clean in the house provided you just remind him, he may have a few accidents initially just while he settles in. He has done so well considering he had not lived inside previously.

Percy is loving life, enjoys his walks, travels well in the car and is fine to be re homed with older sensible teenagers. He would like mew owners who are around for most of the day as he loves human company and would struggle if left for prolonged periods. We would also like to re home Percy with at least one other similar sized dog. We would love applications from those experienced with Pug health and their needs.

Due to his untreated eye Percy will require ongoing eye ointment. This works out at approximately £26 per month, this may or may not be needed for the rest of his life so is a cost to be considered when you apply for Percy. He has been neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and is up to date with flea and worming treatment. Percy is currently being fostered in Croydon Surrey.
