Once settled into a home he is a fairly chilled-out boy who loves his home comforts. He is however very, very strong on the lead, and when out walking is so focused on his environment that it is impossible for him to focus on the person at the end of the lead.

Rio needs a home with space. Someone with their own land would be ideal. He needs somewhere he can run safely every day to burn off energy and a quiet area without distractions where his people can start to try to work on his lead training. His person needs to be strong enough to manage him. He cannot be homed with cats.
