She was rescued as a 3 month old pup from the backyard of a derelict house occupied by drunks who did not treat her well.

Shania is a wonderful mixture of energy, affection and thirst for life. She is very active, playful, loves long walks in the woods or on the beach.

She likes saying hello to the dogs she meets on her walks and playing with them. At home she likes surrounding herself with toys, being the centre of attention and having lots of cuddles. Great in the car. Knows basic commands and has a good natural recall.

She is still quite nervous of new people and noisy places but is improving. Does not like being left alone. We are looking for an experienced, patient and active couple or a family with adult children.

A quiet home in a rural or semi-rural area. Whilst Shania is friendly with dogs and cats, she is quite full on with them, so a home where she is the only pet is preferable.

Shania is medium-sized (20 kg), microchipped, vaccinated, neutered. Currently in a foster home in Kent (near Sevenoaks).
