Sheba, like many dogs in Romania, wasn’t given the best of starts in life. She and her three siblings were saved by rescuers in minus 12 degrees cold, but regrettably one of them did not survive.
Sheba was whisked into safety by Andreea, an NGO rescuer, so she was able to receive care and grow bigger and stronger.
Sheba is at present healthy, physically active, and prepared to travel. She is inoculated, blood tested for brucellosis, vaccinated against kennel cough, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and not spayed because of her age.
