Terry – 2 year old male Lurcher

Meet Terry, he is a 2 year old old castrated male Lurcher who has been with us since September 2009, when he arrived as a stray. Terry is a stunning dog, but is seeking an active home to keep him occupied and stimulated! He is a friendly, affectionate nice natured lad that enjoys cuddles. He is quite obedient and knows some basic commands but would benefit from basic further training. He is calm and quiet when left for short periods although possibly might become destructive if bored.

He loves his walks and exercise, and walks quite well on a harness when away from distractions otherwise can be a little scatty so will require further lead training as he is also not good with other dogs whilst on the lead. He is playful lad but a typical Lurcher! Terry is good with playful dogs as he can be a bit over the top and quite boisterous, has not lived with cats and may be inclined to chase them and would be best homed in a family household where any children are aged 10 and older in an active household. Terry will make a great family pet but just needs someone with time and patience to teach him some manners!

Can you offer this boy a loving new home?
