Theon is a 9-month old Whippet-cross blue brindle neutered male. Theon came in to the rescue after being picked up as a stray, he had served his 7 days in the pound and nobody came forward to claim him. Theon has a lovely nature, however he did come in to the rescue with zero training. His amazing foster parents have taught him the basics and he is almost house trained.
Theon is very much a sheep and will follow the lead of any dog he is living with, so with that in mind he would need to go to a home with another calm and confident older dog who will help guide him into adulthood.
Theon is fabulous with children, however he can be very clumsy, so we think he would be better suited to older children. He is fab to be left up to 4 hours with other dogs, he is good on and off the lead and travels short distances well, however on long journeys he can become car sick.
Theon could live with cats and other small animals that are used to dogs as if they have no interest in him, he has no interest in them. Theon is fully vaccinated, micro chipped, neutered, up to date with all flea and worm treatment and comes with 5 weeks free insurance.
