Tom – 4 year old male Greyhound

Meet Tom, a large 4 year old male Greyhound who is looking for a forever home to enjoy since being retired from racing. Tom is a kind boy who enjoys interaction with people and loves to be stroked – so much that if you stop, he will touch your hand with his paw or nose to ask for more.

GREAT NEWS! This Dog Has Now Been Rehomed
Thanks to good people like yourself who use on a daily basis, this dog has now found a new, permanent loving home. There are more dogs still looking though…

Allow us to find your new PERFECT canine friend with our matchmaker service. Enter your details below to receive a tailored, hand-picked list of available dogs for adoption…

Like most Greyhounds, lovely Tom only needs one hour’s exercise a day and then loves to snooze in his bed. Inside the home, Tom appears to be mostly toilet trained and is learning how to take stairs – he also travels well in a car.

Tom is good with other dogs when out and about (and is used to sharing space with other greyhounds) so could possibly share his home with a similar-sized female dog, no cats, please.

Tom will need a home with direct access to a garden and ground floor access. Tom could live with children aged 14+.

If you would like to adopt Tom please fill out a rehoming questionnaire and a member of the team will get in contact within 48 hours.

We work hard to help rescue and rehome as many abandoned and homeless dogs as we can. The dogs who come into our care are strays, from pounds or simply dogs whose owners no longer can or want to keep. The dogs are a variety of breeds and come in all shapes and sizes! We neuter, vaccinate and microchip each dog and then pair it with the right new owner, ensuring that it will be safe, cared for and loved for the rest of its life.
