Vilo is a 3.5-year-old male Griffon Fauve de Bretagne. He was originally found in a Spanish pound before being taken into rescue and moved to a foster home in Spain. He is still there now, waiting patiently for a place to call his own.
He is described as a good dog who enjoys cuddles and human company. Vilo gets along well with both adults and children, showing a friendly and affectionate nature. His gentle side makes him a lovely companion in the home.
While he is fine with most dogs when out on walks, Vilo cannot live with another dog in the household. For this reason, he will need to be rehomed as the only dog so he can feel secure and relaxed in his environment.
Clear boundaries and a calm home setup will help him thrive.
Vilo’s health checks have been thorough and reassuring. He has tested negative for five Mediterranean diseases as well as Brucellosis. He is also fully vaccinated and up to date with his parasite treatments.
His new home must have a well-fenced garden. This will give him a safe outdoor space to enjoy fresh air and explore securely. A private garden will be an important part of meeting his needs.
Vilo remains in Spain at present and is waiting for the right family to come along. He offers affection, companionship, and a steady presence in return for a safe and loving home.
With the right setup, he has all the qualities to become a deeply devoted pet.
