Violet is a 5 month old female Labrador. She came into rescue as a relinquished pup poorly with Parvovirus, after spending some time in critical care miraculously she made a full recovery. Sadly due to a lack of basic training in her early months, she is now learning boundaries and therefore becoming more settled and will need this ongoing in her new home.
As Violet wasn’t exposed to travel in her early months either she is rather worried about traveling so she must be secured for travel as she would likely panic and bolt when the doors open.
Small journeys increased over time should address this issue. Lead training is a back-to-basics as again this was never implemented and therefore she will jump up and chew the lead, however! Once a rhythm gets going she will happily sniff and scent your route. Violet is super dog friendly and ready to explore the world! She is flea treated, wormed, vaccinated, and microchipped and will come back to us for neutering when age appropriate.
Do you have the time for a puppy and space in your home for Violet, have neutered dogs, and have children over 5 years old?
