Wilson is a charming 2-year-old male Saluki cross currently residing in Oman. Born on 02/09/2021, he was discovered at the tender age of two months, along with his siblings, in a cardboard box by a compassionate individual who took them to a local rescuer’s house.

Wilson spent his formative months in the care of the rescuer, cohabitating with cats before transitioning to our shelter at the beginning of 2023.

Despite his striking whippet-like features and amiable personality, Wilson has yet to find his forever home in Oman. Displaying harmonious interactions with fellow shelter dogs, he is sociable and has a track record of coexistence with cats.

However, due to his limited life experiences, Wilson would benefit from adopters who possess the requisite patience and kindness to aid his adjustment to a new home.

The presence of another friendly and confident dog would be advantageous, though a cat compatibility test would be advisable.

Having been leash trained, Wilson relishes his walks with volunteers and is fully vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and prepared for travel to the UK.

Given his lack of exposure to children, he is best suited for a quiet environment, making him unsuitable for a household with youngsters. His need for experienced adopters and a potentially feline-friendly disposition make Wilson a delightful candidate for a loving home.
