Gorgeous Ziggy is a 9 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross Lurcher boy who is in an Oldies Club foster home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire, waiting for someone to offer him a lovely permanent home. Ziggy is fine with other dogs when he is off lead on his walks. On the lead he will have a growl at other dogs. We don’t know how he would feel about living with another dog, so he would probably be best rehomed to be an only dog.
Lovely Ziggy is sharing his foster home with a cat and there have been no problems at all. Ziggy is used to living with children and we have no reason to think he couldn’t do so again. Ziggy’s favourite pastimes are walking, running, chasing his ball, and snuggling. He doesn’t like raised voices. Ziggy is a very adaptable boy and would fit into a family home or would be equally happy with a single owner.
Ziggy is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, wormed and flea treated. He has had IBS which is under control with an appropriate diet. He had sore ears which have been treated but they might need an eye keeping on them in the future. Other than this he is in good general health and has recently had a dental.
