She is already in the UK (please amend her post), this is what her current family says after having her for 3 days:

”ZUZU is such a beautiful girl. Super calm indoors and playful in the garden.
She just wants to play with our resident dog, who isn’t too interested in her, unfortunately.

She is currently with 3 cats, she is only interested if they run. She accepts sniffs from them and doesn’t bother the older cat as he isn’t much fun. She walks well on a lead, happy to get it on to go and explore. Quick learner. Already learnt to sit. Not heard her bark, had the postman and the neighbours dogs bark and she hasn’t reacted.

She eats well, loves her food. She would love another dog to live with, she seems to want to play. Haven’t seen any food aggression from her. Only today was an episode to my grandad, when she snapped , however like I said. I take full responsibility as she gave a warning signal when approached, but it was ignored. A family with older children might be best as she can jump.. but it’s a delicate jump. She is such an amazing loving dog”

ZUZU was found by a military friend of a volunteer near Bakhmut, sitting among deserted and destroyed houses. Given how loving and sociable she is, she was clearly a home pet before. It’s likely her owners were either killed or had to evacuate without her.

The rescue made every effort to find her owners, but ZUZU wasn’t microchipped, and no one was looking for her. She had a broken leg and spent a few months healing, but now she is an absolutely healthy and happy dog.

ZUZU is spayed, fully housetrained, and walks perfectly on a leash. She is also good in the car. ZUZU is a true love-bug—cuddly, affectionate, calm, and well-balanced. She isn’t barky and is very good and gentle with children and cats. She is friendly with all dogs, no matter of size.

ZUZU enjoys her walks, and is always happy to join her human in outdoor adventures. At the same time, she can easily adjust to an average activity level with 2-3 walks a day.

If you’ve dreamed of having a dog but have fears of adopting an adult rescue dog, adopt ZUZU to realise how easy, loving, and perfect they can be. In some spiritual beliefs, black dogs are seen as spiritual guides or messengers, leading individuals through spiritual journeys.

Adopting ZUZU might just bring a special kind of magic to your home. She will make your home truly feel like home with her unconditional love and loyalty.

ZUZU is fully healthy, spayed and has had all core vaccines done, and is microchipped. All dogs are C.Brucella tested before trip (owners will receive a licensed laboratory test certificate).
