Andy brought to the shelter by the dog catchers from the streets of Romania. Andy faced starvation, being beaten tortured or even killed for money. It is not known whether Andy has had an owner before or has spent her life on the streets. Andy is a friendly girl, and gets on well with the shelter staff and their children, she also gets on well with the other dogs. Andy is fully vaccinated, chipped and will have a pass port.
