In his previous home Butch lived with three other older dogs but after they all passed away around the same time and his owners circumstances changed Butch came to Dogs Trust and started to pine desperately for his missing mutt mates.  He really loves having canine chums around and can pine and wail without a four-legged friend to keep him company.

Butch just loves to be around people and other dogs; he’s great with children and adults of all ages and just needs a home where he can spend a lot of time with people and especially another dog. He is enjoying his time in kennels as there is so much to see and so many dogs and people to meet but we’d love to see him in a home soon. He has really been grieving and we just want him to find happiness again.

Butch is fit and healthy and would be ideally suited to a family with at least one other dog; one who is fairly calm and would be happy to share his home with another mutt-mate.

If you think you – and your dog – can offer Butch his perfect home then please contact the Rehoming Centre directly on 01506 873459.
