Weighing 25kg, she has a stunning bright white coat and a pink nose, making her a truly striking dog. True to her breed, Frost is independent, intelligent, and full of personality.
She is a friendly and active dog with a mischievous streak, often engaging in “chase me” games with her foster mum. Instead of barking, she expresses herself by chatting and yawning loudly.
Frost is fully house-trained, patiently waiting for her food and taking treats gently. She knows basic commands such as sit and down but can lose interest in toys quickly.
Frost is excitable on walks, often zigzagging, so her lead training is still a work in progress. She is non-reactive to other dogs from a distance but does not get along with female dogs.
Further testing will be done to see how she interacts with male dogs. She can sometimes get carried away by jumping up or mouthing, likely due to her young age and lack of early correction, but training has started to improve this behaviour.
She is inquisitive, quick, and quietly confident but also strong-willed and has a strong prey drive. A secure garden with 6ft fencing is essential, as she has a sneaky way of finding escape routes and fitting through small gaps.
She can be left alone for 3-4 hours but will need time to settle into her new home first.
Frost travels well in a crate and behaves nicely at the vet, though caution is needed around small animals. She has so much potential and would make a fantastic companion for the right home.
