Please meet our lovely little boy Harry. Harry is a very sweet little 6 year old Jack Russel Terrier cross Yorkshire Terrier boy who has lived his life on a travelers site along with several other dogs including Rachel who he fathered puppies with. The pups Douglas and Jess, are two years old and also with Lea Valley Dog Rescue, looking for their very own individual homes by themselves. Harry has been a good dog and has a lovely temperament and looking to find his very own individual home where he will be loved and spoilt for the rest of his life.

Harry can be a bit shy when meeting new people at first but soon warms up to them very quickly once a fuss is made of him. Having lived on a site, he has not been used to be taken out for walks on a lead, and can be insure around traffic. Again a little bit of encouragement and he is all ready. Harry has always lived with other dogs and gets on well with them, but no cats or small furries please. He is also good with children. Once settled, Harry is the most affectionate little dog you could wish for.
Harry is currently being fed on Canine Choice, an excellent food. They are currently sponsoring all of Lea Valley Rescue dogs with their food and will give a free bag to whoever adopts Harry, along with a 30% discount off their next order. Harry is fostered in North London, near J25 of M25. For home checking and rescue back up purposes, we favour enquiries from prospective adopters who reside in London or neighbouring counties although we may consider applications from further afield for the right home.
