Lagos is an absolutely adorable large crossbreed that is 5 years old. She appears to be a Briard / Schnauzer mix, whatever she is, she is a wonderful happy and bouncy girl! She does have a docked tail that was done while she was in China.
Lagos was saved from the Chinese meat market by Harbin rescue. Yes dogs are food in China, if you don’t know the meat markets are absolutely evil and the treatment the dogs get and the things they have seen is nothing short of hell.
Lagos is one of the lucky ones and has come to us in the UK to find her forever home.
If you are not aware, there are no animal welfare laws in China so no dog is ever safe there, which is why the dogs are sent overseas to be rehomed, to make sure they are safe and loved for life!
Lagos is testament to everything dog. Despite where she has come from she shows nothing but love and loves to give you a bear hug when you come into the room.
She is a wonderful girl and it breaks my heart when I think of what could of happened to her if Harbin hadn’t of rescued her from the meat truck that day.
Lagos is a wonderful dog she loves to get stuck in with everything I absolutely adore her, She is just a happy to be alive, always smiling and always ready to please you, a very laid back goofball that just wants to please.
Lagos will make a very rewarding addition to her new family she is absolutely adorable, I mean, just look at her, gorgeous inside and out!
Lagos loves a run around the fields and through and over the agility tunnels, She loves to chase a ball although is not the best at bringing them back, she just loves the chase!
She will happily have a lead walk, she is an amazing companion dog and will be a best friend to anyone who is lucky enough to adopt her, she gives the best cuddles!
Lagos is house trained, walks well on the lead is not destructive and can be left for short periods. She? is a perfect family pet.
Lagos could live with children age 13 years plus, because she is a big girl and can be quite boisterous so would knock little ones over. She hasn’t got a bad bone in her bless her big heart.
Lagos is a very social lady so could live with other dogs or would be equally happy as the only dog with lots of human company!
She will do anything for food and a comfy bed or sofa! Lagos loves her home comforts and a cuddle.
She travels very well in the car, whoever adopts this gorgeous lady will be very lucky indeed as she really has the most amazing well-adjusted nature and such a beautiful smiley face.
Lagos will need regular grooming, she isnt a moulting breed so will need clipping in the warmer months.
Lagos is neutered, microchipped, de flea and wormed and fully vaccinated, She tested negative for Brucellosis before travelling to the UK and poses no risk of infection. Can you offer this beautiful lady the home she so desperately deserves?
