Max is a 5 year old, male, black and tan, short haired German Shepherd Dog. He is currently in kennels in the Derbyshire area. This handsome boy is microchipped and tattooed, has had his 1st vaccination however he is not neutered. This will have to be done within one month of adoption in accordance to Cefni Gsd Rescue strict neutering policies. Max has very basic commands and would benefit from further training for better commands and lead training too, he does pull so we will try and work on this during his stay at the kennels. Max is not so keen with other dogs, although the previous owner has stated he never starts a fight, but will defend himself, he would be better suited to either a dog free home or a bitch in the household. He must have a cat free home.

Max is good with people and has his own quirky ways of making people laugh making him a real character. He is very friendly and loving too. We would recommend children over the age of 12years old for this boy to live with as he has never lived with children before. A very lovely handsome boy which will thrive in a new home. he is currently being socialised with alot of people, and we will slowly introduce him to other dogs whilst at kennels. He is easily distracted but does love running and playing with a ball. He would thoroughly love being in an active home.
