Rufo would love a super active family who will take him out for lots of lovely long walks and also offer breed-specific enrichment. He loves playing, and especially enjoys jumping in the water!
Rufo is an extremely affectionate dog who gets on well with people and is also good with children. However, he is very excitable and jumps up, so this will need some training.
Rufo is not a submissive dog and will stand his ground with male dogs showing dominant behaviours. For this reason, Rufo would suit a home with a resident female or a relaxed male.
All of our dogs have an international passport (unless born in the UK) and are microchipped. They are fully vaccinated for standard diseases as well as rabies and kennel cough.
All dogs are blood tested for infectious diseases including Leishmaniasis, Dirofilaria, Ehrlichia, Babesia, Anaplasma, Lyme and Brucella. All dogs, unless there are medical or behavioural reasons to not do so, will be sterilised.
