Sam is a 9 month old male German Shepherd who came to The Mayhew because he was no longer wanted. He is a very sweet boy, eager to please and intelligent, who will be a delight to train. He is still very much a puppy and will need to go to training classes. He is toilet trained but we do not know what he is like to be left alone. He is very good with other dogs.

Sam is a loving and loyal dog, who forms bonds quickly. He is friendly but can be a little timid with strangers. This boy loves to play and especially loves his tennis balls, of which his new owners will need an endless supply. He will need at least one hour of off-lead exercise every day.
