Shadow is 7 months old and is a Border Collie. He has been handed into us by his owners due to their lack of time for him, and poor Shadow is getting very upset in kennels as you can imagine. He is a stunning boy and is everything you would expect from a young Collie; full of energy, full of fun and full of love! He just needs someone who is experienced with the breed, who has plenty of time to devote to him, and his training, and someone with lots of energy to match his own. Basically he needs to be kept busy, both mentally and physically. He has a really lovely temperament and is a wonderful dog who just needs the right home

Shadow is fine with other dogs and could possibly live with another one. He could live with children aged 10+ and could possibly live with a cat. He will need someone at home with him for most of the day to keep him happy and entertained. He will need at least 2 good walks a day and a nice cosy bed to sleep in. You will need a secure garden too for extra fun and games!
He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and, although he is at our kennels on the outskirts of King’s Lynn in Norfolk, he can be rehomed outside of the county subject to a successful homecheck.
Shadow is absolutely desperate to be out of the kennels and starting his new life, a new life where people will look after him and his needs properly. He so should not be stuck behind a kennel door, it’s heartbreaking to see him there, it really is. If you think you can provide all that Shadow needs please get in touch as soon as possible.
