Tigre is affectionate, loves being fussed over, and will happily sit for cuddles.
Tigre accepts both a collar, harness, and slip lead with no issues. He’s very well-behaved on the lead and may need a bit of gentle encouragement to move forward at times, but with reassurance, he enjoys his walks.
As he’s still early in his lead training, his adopter should continue building his confidence on walks.
Tigre walks well alongside his kennel mates, Lyre and Rossie, and has shown no concern around birds or farm animals. He has met both younger and older children and was very sweet with them.
Tigre is kennelled with two other dogs and gets along well with them — they’re often seen cuddled up together.
Tigre toilets in his kennel. The dogs are typically left alone overnight (7 PM to 9 AM), and Tigre has coped very well during these periods with no reported issues. He has been in the car and was okay once settled.
Tigre is a lovely young dog who shows both playful and gentle, shy sides to his nature. He enjoys cuddles and affection but is equally content having quiet time on his own.
He is affectionate, well-mannered, and would make a wonderful addition to a loving home.
