Like Piti, Yaco was surrendered to the rescue by his owner, who was a setter lover rather than a hunter.

Sadly, his owner’s serious illness meant that he had to make the heartbreaking decision to give up his beloved dogs to ensure they would be safe and cared for in the future.

This medium-sized English Setter has an upbeat personality and enjoys keeping busy. Yaco shares his kennel with Piti and a Pointer, and the three dogs live together harmoniously.

Playtime is one of his favourite activities, and he thrives in an environment where he can interact with both canine companions and humans.

He has a habit of running straight to the ladies at the shelter when they call him, eager for affection, though his enthusiasm might get distracted if something exciting happens during a walk.

Yaco is well-suited to a family environment, including homes with children.

His combination of energy, friendliness, and playfulness makes him a fun and loving companion. With the right home, Yaco’s confidence and charm will flourish, making him a joy to have around.
